CEU Property has a quality management system and is in permanent contact with the clients, the authorities and the contractor, thus guaranteeing the high quality standards of the property. We work with certified subcontractors who not only comply with legal requirements and provide the technical standards necessary for the proper use of the properties, but also meet the high quality requirements set by CEU Property. The ability to carry out our investments according to our schedule is due to the fact that we use a highly developed project financing system which is financially independent from sales. Our quality management system monitors the buildings for years after hand-over, and provides solution for any problems under the guarantee. Conforming to legal changes, our buildings meet the highest 21st century requirements. The so called “apartment green card” certifies the implementation of an environmentally friendly, energy saving system.
